One thing I learned during my time as a senior IT manager was that for projects to succeed, all parties must “stay on the same page”. By bringing all project communication into one place, stakeholders can make decisions more quickly.

Unfortunately, there is no single answer to this question because no two creative projects are the same.

UK copyright law is complicated, but typically when working on a creative project I work for you, so copyrights are controlled by you, my client.
On occasion, I will request to use the completed project for my marketing purposes and/or request that I am credited for my work, for some larger projects, but again this is typically controlled by the client.
I personally work on all projects alone however, for larger productions with tight deadlines, I may expand my team and hire extra resources to ensure your project is delivered on time.
